This policy explains how SPRDH Solutions Private Limited ("SPRDH", "we") handles personal data for the KiteGreet website and hosted service.

Who is responsible for your data

For this website and for account and billing data, SPRDH is the data fiduciary, or data controller. For messages, contacts and other content our customers put into KiteGreet, the customer is responsible and SPRDH processes that data on the customer's instructions. If you messaged a business that uses KiteGreet, contact that business first.

Data we collect

• Contact details you send us, such as your name, work email, company, team size and message.
• Account details for users of the service, such as name, email, role and sign-in activity.
• Customer content, such as WhatsApp and email messages, contacts, templates, campaign data and call recordings where the customer enables them.
• Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, logs and security events.
• Billing details needed to invoice customers.

How we use data

• To reply to enquiries and arrange demos.
• To provide, secure, support and improve KiteGreet.
• To send service messages and invoices.
• To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer content to train AI models.

Service providers

We share data only as needed to run the service. Depending on the features a customer turns on, this includes:

• Amazon Web Services, for hosting, storage and email delivery.
• Meta Platforms, for the WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Postmark, for email delivery where selected.
• OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, where a customer enables AI replies. Message content needed for a reply is sent to the selected provider.

Some providers process data outside India. We rely on their contractual and security commitments for those transfers.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months. We keep customer content for the life of the subscription and delete it within 90 days after it ends, unless the law requires longer. Backups expire on their normal cycle.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers and authorities of a personal data breach as the law requires.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. The KiteGreet application uses essential storage to keep you signed in.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. You may also complain to us and then to the Data Protection Board of India. Write to hello@sprdh.com.

Children

KiteGreet is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date above. We will tell customers about material changes.
