Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2026

These terms apply to the KiteGreet hosted service provided by SPRDH Solutions Private Limited ("SPRDH", "we") to the business that subscribes ("Customer", "you"). A signed order form overrides these terms where the two differ.

The service

KiteGreet is a hosted customer engagement platform for WhatsApp and email. Plans, limits and fees are set out in your order form or quote.

Accounts

You are responsible for your users, their permissions and activity under your account. Keep credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You must follow applicable law and the WhatsApp Business Terms and Messaging Policy. You must not:

We may suspend access to protect the service or to comply with the law, and will tell you where we reasonably can.

Third-party services

KiteGreet connects to services such as WhatsApp, email and AI providers. Their terms, fees and availability are outside our control. Meta conversation charges and provider fees are your responsibility unless your order form says otherwise.

Fees

Fees are payable as stated in your order form, are exclusive of taxes, and are non-refundable except where the law or your order form says otherwise. We may suspend accounts that are overdue after giving notice.

Your data

You own your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to use the personal data you put into KiteGreet.

Open source

KiteGreet is based on Whatomate and is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. You can request the corresponding source code of the version we run by writing to hello@sprdh.com. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that licence.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. Service levels apply only if your order form includes them.

Warranty

The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Meta will approve any template or account.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profit or data. Each party's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Term and termination

Your subscription runs for the term in your order form. Either party may terminate for a material breach not fixed within 30 days of notice. After termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.
